P. Pentaschista grows fine with very little water, it's quite a tough plant that is native the Baja mexico. It has sweet and refreshing little fruits with feathery coverings on each fruit. Leaves are soft and fuzzy. Plants are frost hardy for brief periods. This species is the best tasting in its subsection.
